Article 3 – Scope of application
These general conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded. Before the contract is concluded, the conditions are made available to the consumer in electronic or otherwise accessible format.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change offers.
The offer clearly states all total costs, including shipping costs, customs duties, and any other charges levied by the postal service or courier.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is considered concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions. The entrepreneur will immediately confirm acceptance by sending an email.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
Return costs are borne by the consumer if the right of withdrawal is exercised.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur will refund all payments received within 14 days from the day on which he was informed of the decision to withdraw, provided that the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Article 8 – Customs, Import Duties and VAT Liability
8.1 All goods offered and sold through this website are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) as defined in Incoterms 2000. This means that the customer is solely responsible for all costs and obligations arising from importing the goods into the destination country.
8.2 Such obligations include, but are not limited to:(a) payment of import duties, value added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST), and other applicable taxes or duties at the point of entry;
(b) customs clearance costs, including any brokerage, inspection, or handling fees imposed by customs authorities, postal carriers, or couriers;
(c) compliance with local laws, product regulations, restrictions, and certifications required in the destination country.
8.3 The seller (the “business owner”) does not act as the importer of record for any order. Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon shipment. The business owner is not responsible for any delays, seizures, denials, or penalties resulting from the customer's failure to comply with customs regulations or failure to pay due taxes.
8.4 The business owner provides the commercial documentation required for international shipment (including, if requested, a pro forma or commercial invoice, product description, and declared value). However, the business does not guarantee that the documentation or the goods meet specific regulatory or technical requirements in the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for verifying whether the ordered goods are permitted for import, subject to restrictions, or require special permits or licenses.
8.5 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the entrepreneur from any financial consequences, claims, penalties, or charges imposed by customs authorities or third parties as a result of the customer's non-compliance with applicable import regulations.
8.6 Customers are strongly advised to contact their local customs authorities or consult import guidelines before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges, delays, or rejections at the border.
Article 9 – Compliance with CESOP
Starting in 2024, payment service providers will record transaction data in the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP) system, in accordance with EU regulations. Businesses must comply with these provisions, which may impact payment monitoring and reporting.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
Any defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery.
The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of a delay, the entrepreneur will inform the consumer within 14 days of the order date.
Shipments are made under terms that identify the customer as the recipient and responsible for all import procedures.
The entrepreneur ensures that products are shipped in accordance with international regulations, but is not responsible for delays or problems arising during customs clearance.
Failure by the customer to comply with import obligations does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of the order.
Article 12 – Complaints Management
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the problem.
The business owner will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, they will provide an estimate of the expected resolution time.
Article 13 – Disputes
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably; otherwise, they will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
