Martin Melbourne partners with several carriers and manufacturers (from the EU and Asia), allowing us to ship directly to you and proudly offer a flat rate. Your order and all payments are reviewed and approved for shipping, and it can take up to 36 hours for your package to ship. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process:
On average, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and send it to our manufacturer. During holidays, this time may increase to 5 business days, or if your order contains high-demand items that are out of stock.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship on weekdays, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
For multiple orders, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to different manufacturing partner locations.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped from the manufacturer.
For some reasons, it may take a few days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still don't have tracking information, please contact us.
Deliveries
Delivery times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed; the following are estimates for guidance only. Standard delivery times range from 5 to 10 days. For Express Delivery, our insured and priority shipping option that processes faster and offers an immediate refund in the event of loss, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 days. Express delivery costs €2.95.

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Martin Melbourne cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance requirements, holidays, adverse weather conditions, labor disputes, protests, etc.and these disruptions may cause delays that exceed our original delivery estimates.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
In case your package is not delivered, but the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered. Please contact us by sending an email with (subtitle: "product not received {order number}" to info@martin-melbourne.com). We will then work with our manufacturer to find a suitable solution.
Disclaimer for incorrect addresses and uncollected packages.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. The order is processed immediately, so it is not possible to change it after it has been processed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
If an order cannot be delivered due to address errors or if it is not collected at a collection point, the order will automatically be sent back to one of our warehouses abroad. Once the order arrives at our warehouse, we will change the address or make other necessary changes. We will then ship the order back to the consumer. This process usually takes 6 to 30 days.
It is important to note that during this stage of the process, the customer is not allowed to cancel the order. Once the order has been processed, the customer will be notified of any changes. Your order has been reshipped, you will receive an update with the new shipping information.
